Mower Recognized as a Finalist in Ragan Communications’ Employee Communication Awards

Mower has been named a finalist in the Employee Communications Awardsby Ragan Communications for its internal Fierce Friends Talk Mental Health campaign.

Ragan’s Employee Communications Awards celebrate and recognize the most outstanding internal communications campaigns and initiatives from the past year, particularly those that excelled in fostering effective communication, engagement and collaboration. One of the communication industry’s most respected trade resources, Ragan has been delivering trusted news, training and intelligence for more than 50 years.

Mower’s mental health employee communications campaign encouraged employee-owners to build a healthy home environment, gave tips on coping with struggles, inspired them to take care of themselves, leveraging Mower’s robust benefits and support services, and highlighted the importance of movement through a company-wide initiative with the Strava app.

Mower will be honored with the other finalists during the Employee Communications Awards Luncheon on April 18 at the Fairmont Hotel in Chicago.
