Ad Age has named Mower, one of the nation’s largest independent marketing, advertising and public relations agencies, to its list of the Top Places to Work in 2021. Mower operates nine offices with locations in New York City, Boston, Atlanta, Charlotte, N.C., and Cincinnati, as well as Buffalo, Rochester, Albany and Syracuse, N.Y.
This is the third year Mower has placed among Ad Age’s Best Places to Work, earning a spot among the top 50 overall nationwide and top 25 with fewer than 200 employees. The annual ranking is calculated from employee survey responses in six key satisfaction areas: employee benefits, company culture, company environment, employee perks, employee development and employee engagement. Mower previously made the list in 2012 and 2014.
