Closing out 2022 with a bang, Mower was included in PRWeek’s 2022 Best Places to Work list in the Midsize Agency category. The annual listing, which had a record number of entries this year, recognizes organizations with positive work cultures that make employees feel valued and motivated. Mower is one of nine midsize agencies to be recognized out of 26 total agencies listed in such categories as small, midsize, large, extra-large and in-house.
PRWeek judges cited the launch of the agency’s employee stock ownership plan, along with a “demonstrated commitment to collaboration, ethics, employee growth and development, and value delivered to clients” that creates a workplace where employees can flourish, among the reasons for naming Mower to this year’s list.
This announcement comes at the heels of Mower being named Midsize Agency of the Year by the Association of National Advertisers, as well as earning the Best B2B Agency Promotion award from The Drum Awards for B2B 2022 and making Chief Marketer’s 2023 CM200 list. Throughout 2022, Mower has dominated the industry award scene, taking home more than 65 accolades from leading industry organizations.
