We provided a helping hand to this “local” hospital in an effort to improve market share in a region full of much larger healthcare networks. The campaign, which included dozens of TV spots, as well as print ads and billboards, used patient testimonials to tout the hospital’s impressive array of services and technologies. Response to the campaign has been positive, and the hospital continues to attract patients away from the larger metro hospitals.

Looking to improve the perception of the quality of services at Cayuga Medical Center, as well as reinforce its commitment to the community, EMA developed “The Center is You” branding campaign. CMC was able to highlight their services and affiliations with world-renown specialists, while demonstrating its unique approach to caring for each individual patient. Comprised of print ads, web, collateral, in-hospital signage, and public relations, the campaign has helped CMC improve their image in the community and capture additional market share.
